The Cherub in the Garden of Eden
Revealed on July 30, 2005
The Shepherd of God -
Who is he?
This is the
Revelation on the Cherub that guards the way that leads to the “Tree of Life” in
the Garden of Eden.
Let us find the
reason regarding the Anger of God , if those who have not called on the Name of
God are cursed or not:
O God, the
nations have invaded your inheritance;
they have defiled your holy temple,
they have reduced Jerusalem to rubble.
They have given the dead bodies of your servants
as food to the birds of the air,
the flesh of your saints to the beasts of the earth.
They have poured out blood like water
all around Jerusalem,
and there is no one to bury the dead.
We are objects of reproach to our neighbors,
of scorn and derision to those around us.
How long, O LORD? Will you be angry forever?
How long will your jealousy burn like fire?
Psalm 79:1-5 (NIV)
This is the Anger of
God, because we have turned away from Him and followed other gods. His anger
will not stop, it will continue...
Pour out your
wrath on the nations
that do not acknowledge you,
on the kingdoms
that do not call on your name;
Psalm 79:6 (NIV)
God has said before:
a blessing and a curse. The misfortunes and catastrophes that are happening at
present will not relent, but there is a way to stop it.
for they have
devoured Jacob
and destroyed his homeland.
Do not hold against us the sins of the fathers;
may your mercy come quickly to meet us,
for we are in desperate need.
Psalm 79:7-8 (NIV)
We should not believe
the teaching of the "original sin."
Help us, O God
our Savior,
for the glory of your name;
deliver us and forgive our sins
for your name's sake.
Psalm 79:9 (NIV)
Call on the Name of
God!
How effective is the
Name of God?
Why should the
nations say,
"Where is their God?"
Before our eyes, make known among the nations
that you avenge the outpoured blood of your servants.
May the groans of the prisoners come before you;
by the strength of your arm
preserve those condemned to die.
Pay back into the laps of our neighbors seven times
the reproach they have hurled at you, O Lord.
Then we your people, the sheep of your pasture,
will praise you forever;
from generation to generation
we will recount your praise.
Psalm 79:10-13 (NIV)
and...
Hear us, O
Shepherd of Israel,
you who lead Joseph like a flock;
you who sit enthroned between the cherubim, shine forth
Psalm 80:1 (NIV)
"Joseph" - who led
his people to live in Egypt
"shine forth" -
to appear before everyone, we
will know later who he is.
before
Ephraim, Benjamin and Manasseh.
Awaken your might; come and save us.
Psalm 80:2 (NIV)
"Benjamin" - the
least of the tribes; the man that will lead all men will come from the least of
all nations.
Restore us, O
God;
make your face shine upon us,
that we may be saved.
O LORD God Almighty,
how long will your anger smolder
against the prayers of your people?
You have fed them with the bread of tears;
you have made them drink tears by the bowlful.
You have made us a source of contention to our neighbors,
and our enemies mock us.
Restore us, O God Almighty;
make your face shine upon us,
that we may be saved.
You brought a vine out of Egypt;
you drove out the nations and planted it.
Psalm 80:3-8 (NIV)
"planted it" -
"Joseph" who went to Egypt.
You cleared
the ground for it,
and it took root and filled the land.
The mountains were covered with its shade,
the mighty cedars with its branches.
It sent out its boughs to the Sea,
its shoots as far as the River.
Why have you broken down its walls
so that all who pass by pick its grapes?
Boars from the forest ravage it
and the creatures of the field feed on it.
Return to us, O God Almighty!
Look down from heaven and see!
Watch over this vine,
Psalm 80:9-14 (NIV)
The people of Israel
prayed to God for Him to come...
the root your
right hand has planted,
the son you have raised up for yourself.
Psalm 80:15 (NIV)
Who is the "son" that
is chosen or “anointed” and sent forth?
The Cherubim is a
messenger or prophet of God.
Your vine is
cut down, it is burned with fire;
at your rebuke your people perish.
Let your hand rest on the man at your right hand,
the son of man you have raised up for yourself.
Psalm 80:16-17 (NIV)
"the son of man" -
the anointed of God, but not a real "son of God."
"you have raised up
for yourself" - for the glory of God, since the mission of the anointed is for
the people to really know God and His Name.
Then we will
not turn away from you;
revive us, and we will call on your name.
Restore us, O LORD God Almighty;
make your face shine upon us,
that we may be saved.
Psalm 80:18-19 (NIV)
This is the new
people of God, those who will call on the Name of God. Is there a nation that
has called on the Name of God? None, says Maestro, since it is still unknown to
the people of the world; hence, the curse.
When you come to know
the Name of God, it is like you have also seen His face.
To read again in:
You have made
us a source of contention
to our neighbors, and our enemies mock us.
Psalm 80:6 (NIV)
Why did it persist up
to our time? Why are we still here? Why hasn’t God punished us? Maestro
Evangelista says, let us read in...
As he says in
Hosea:
"I will call them 'my people' who are not my people;
and I will call her 'my loved one' who is not my loved one," and,
"It will happen that in the very place where it was said to them,
'You are not my people,'
they will be called 'sons of the living God.' "
Romans 9:25-26 (NIV)
God says, He has
chosen a nation that will be His new people, and the Jews, His former people,
are no longer recognized. To prove it, look at the situation now in Palestine,
they can't have peace anymore.
If we have read it in
the books of the apostles we should also read it in the books of the prophets to
be sure that what they (the apostles) have written is truly prophesied. Let us
read in...
"Yet the
Israelites will be like the sand on the seashore, which cannot be
measured or counted. In the place where it was said to them,
'You are not my people,' they will be called 'sons of the living God.'
Hosea 1:10 (NIV)
The Gentiles will be
God's new people, Maestro Evangelista says read in:
I will plant
her for myself in the land;
I will show my love to the one I called 'Not my loved one. '
I will say to those called 'Not my people, ' 'You are my people';
and they will say, 'You are my God.' "
Hosea 2:23 (NIV)
The people cursed by
God will be His new people if they will call on His Name! It is written in Psalm
79:6 that God will destroy the nations that will not call on His Name.
What is the reason
God has not punished us to date?
Then Abraham
approached him and said: "Will you sweep away the righteous with the wicked?
What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you really sweep
it away and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people
in it? Far be it from you to do such a thing - to kill the righteous with
the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from you!
Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?"
Genesis 18:23-25 (NIV)
God is our judge; it
is not just for the righteous to be punished with the wicked in the city. What
did God say?
The LORD said,
"If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the
whole place for their sake." Then Abraham spoke up again: "Now that I have
been so bold as to speak to the Lord, though I am nothing but dust and
ashes, what if the number of the righteous is five less than fifty? Will you
destroy the whole city because of five people?"
"If I find forty-five there," he said, "I will not destroy it."
Once again he spoke to him, "What if only forty are found there?"
He said, "For the sake of forty, I will not do it."
Then he said, "May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak. What if only
thirty can be found there?" He answered, "I will not do it if I find thirty
there."
Abraham said, "Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, what if
only twenty can be found there?" He said, "For the sake of twenty, I will
not destroy it."
Then he said, "May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak just once more.
What if only ten can be found there?" He answered, "For the sake of ten, I
will not destroy it."
When the LORD had finished speaking with Abraham, he left,
and Abraham returned home.
Genesis 18:26-33 (NIV)
God allowed Abraham's
appeal. But ten righteous people were not found, only four. God allowed them to
leave the city, and when they have left the city, it was destroyed.
God is just. Abraham
appealed to God that the city of Sodom may not be destroyed. Will God be as
generous in our case this time?
We have not been
destroyed by God, why?
As he says in
Hosea:
"I will call them 'my people' who are not my people;
and I will call her 'my loved one' who is not my loved one," and,
"It will happen that in the very place where it was said to them,
'You are not my people,'
they will be called 'sons of the living God.' "
Isaiah cries out concerning Israel:
"Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea,
only the remnant will be saved.
For the Lord will carry out
his sentence on earth with speed and finality."
Romans 9:25-28 (NIV)
The prophecy is
directed to the people of Israel, it is just as the Prophet Isaiah previously
said:
"Unless the
Lord Almighty
had left us descendants,
we would have become like Sodom,
we would have been like Gomorrah."
Romans 9:29 (NIV)
and in another
version of the same verse...
And as Esaias
said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed,
we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.
Romans 9:29 (KJV)
“a seed” - God has
given us a last chance to avert final destruction! God has always been generous
to man.
Like in the days of
Abraham, how many righteous men would suffice that God will accept so that men
may be saved in the city of Sodom? Ten people only.
Maestro Evangelista
says, with the "one seed" God will withdraw His anger. Who is the "one seed"
that would not need to bargain with God like Abraham did before?
Who is the prophet or
"seed" that is chosen by God?
Why do the
nations conspire
and the peoples plot in vain?
The kings of the earth take their stand
and the rulers gather together
against the LORD
and against his Anointed One.
"Let us break their chains," they say,
"and throw off their fetters."
The One enthroned in heaven laughs;
the Lord scoffs at them.
Then he rebukes them in his anger
and terrifies them in his wrath, saying,
Psalm 2:1-5 (NIV)
This is our time,
that the world is experiencing all kinds of misfortunes (wars, disasters and
others).
What does God say
about it?
"I have
installed my King
on Zion, my holy hill."
I will proclaim the decree of the LORD:
He said to me, "You are my Son;
today I have become your Father.
Psalm 2:6-7 (NIV)
This is the time
where Maestro Evangelista was chosen to be God’s prophet. Not like Jesus, whose
sign has been revealed 700 years before his birth so that his people may
identify him and be aware of his coming. In Maestro's case, he was chosen when
he was 47 years old, on July 16, 1990. Without fanfare, he was chosen to
continue God’s prophecy.
Ask of me,
and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth
your possession. You will rule them with an iron scepter;
you will dash them to pieces like pottery."
Therefore, you kings, be wise;
be warned, you rulers of the earth.
Serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son, lest he be angry
and you be destroyed in your way,
for his wrath can flare up in a moment.
Blessed are all who take refuge in him.
Psalm 2:8-12 (NIV)
"an iron scepter" -
when was it prophesied? What was written about it?
So the LORD
God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this,
"Cursed are you above all the livestock and all the wild animals!
You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your
life.
Genesis 3:14 (NIV)
You will notice, the
serpent has done wrong by deceiving Adam and Eve, God did not allow the serpent
to go unpunished.
And I will put
enmity
between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and hers;
he will crush your head,
and you will strike his heel."
Genesis 3:15 (NIV)
There will be enmity,
a struggle between the offspring of the woman and the offspring of serpent, and
as we have read in the Holy Bible, the offsprings of the woman (who were sent by
God, Solomon and Jesus) were defeated, struck in the heel, as mentioned in the
revelation of the Testimony of Jesus.
When will the
struggle end? Maestro Evangelista says, as it is written in Jeremiah 31:21-22:
The
Return to God
"Set up road
signs; put up guideposts.
Take note of the highway, the road that you take.
Return, O Virgin Israel, return to your towns.
How long will you wander, O unfaithful daughter?
The LORD will create a new thing on earth—
a woman will surround a man."
Jeremiah 31:21-22 (NIV)
A sign was given to
indicate its fulfillment, it will happen in a time when a woman is of equal
standing with a man, our present generation…
What was the status
quo before between a man and a woman?
So God created
man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
Genesis 1:27 (NIV)
They were created
equal by God, but…
To the woman
he said,
"I will greatly increase your pains in childbearing;
with pain you will give birth to children.
Your desire will be for your husband,
and he will rule over you."
Genesis 3:16 (NIV)
When they have
sinned, the woman was placed under the man, up to which generation did the curse
on the woman remain?
A woman should
learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit
a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.
1 Timothy 2:11-12 (NIV)
When will the
struggle between the offspring of the serpent and the offspring of the woman
end?
A great and
wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the
moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was
pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. Then another
sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten
horns and seven crowns on his heads. His tail swept a third of the stars out
of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the
woman who was about to give birth, so that he might devour her child the
moment it was born.
Revelation 12:1-4 (NIV)
The prophecy of the
struggle between the offspring of the woman and of the offspring of the snake in
the Book of Genesis in Chapter 3:14-15 has endured and continued on up to the
Book of Revelation. Even after Jesus' death it is still being prophesied. This
means that the prophecy has not yet been fulfilled.
Why the prophecy
given in the Book of Genesis is still mentioned in the Book of Revelation?
Maestro Eraño M. Evangelista says it would mean that no one has fulfilled the
prophecy.
She gave birth
to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.
And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne. The woman fled into
the desert to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care
of for 1,260 days. And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels
fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he
was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven.
Revelation 12:5-8 (NIV)
"a son" - this is no
longer Jesus, he has been dead for 60 years, more or less, as of the writing of
this prophecy.
“all the nations” –
he will lead all people to God and show them that the religions are not in the
service of God. The deception has already spread to the whole world, and God
wants to rid the world of Evil and make the world to be like the Garden of Eden.
Who is the
“woman?” –
We will know later.
“Michael” – symbolic
of the "child/angel/prophet" sent forth by God.
“…and his angels” –
these angels are symbolic of the companions of the prophet who were the first to
be called to assist/help the prophet in his task. They will be against the:
“Dragon” – symbolic
of Jesus and the church he has built.
“the dragon and his
angels” – these are the religions which have put their faith in Jesus. Will they
prevail over God’s prophet?
Maestro Eraño M.
Evangelista says, no. Before, the religions are highly regarded, but now with
the present conditions; the wars, disasters, famine and other catastrophes,
people are asking them why are they being made to suffer by God? The more they
(the religions) remain silent, the more they are suspect because they really
can’t explain the prophecies of God.
Therefore:
The great
dragon was hurled down - that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan,
who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels
with him.
Revelation 12:9 (NIV)
The religions will be
exposed for having continued the deception; they are the angels of Satan!
Then I heard a
loud voice in heaven say:
"Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God,
and the authority of his Christ.
For the accuser of our brothers,
who accuses them before our God day and night,
has been hurled down.
They overcame him
by the blood of the Lamb
and by the word of their testimony;
they did not love their lives so much
as to shrink from death.
Revelation 12:10-11 (NIV)
“his Christ” – this
not Jesus, because he has been dead for a long time and did not fulfill his
mission. Another is mentioned here – he is the "seed/offspring/man-child" that
is still being prophesied.
“the accuser of our
brothers” – Satan tests men of their righteousness and faithfulness to God.
“blood of the Lamb” –
the religions preached that Jesus died for our sins, which is not true and
deceived many by it.
“they did not love
their lives so much as to shrink from death” – that is why they are the most
effective weapons against their enemies – they are the human bombers, because of
their determination in their faith in Jesus. When we see that they are offering
their lives for Jesus, did they win or lose?
Therefore
rejoice, you heavens
and you who dwell in them!
But woe to the earth and the sea,
because the devil has gone down to you!
He is filled with fury,
because he knows that his time is short."
Revelation 12:12 (NIV)
Satan knows that his
time is near; the religions will be exposed and destroyed…
When the
dragon saw that he had been hurled to the earth,
he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.
Revelation 12:13 (NIV)
The people of the
world will no longer look up to the religions. They will no longer be deceived;
they will know the truth about God and His Name through the revelation of His
prophet.
The woman was
given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might
fly to the place prepared for her in the desert, where she would be taken
care of for a time, times and half a time, out of the serpent's reach.
Revelation 12:14 (NIV)
Maestro Eraño M.
Evangelista will later reveal the true meaning of the "woman"…
“a time, times and
half a time” – the three parts of time, the offspring/male-child/prophet will
reveal its meaning. When he had revealed it to the people, what happened?
Then from his
mouth the serpent spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman
and sweep her away with the torrent. But the earth helped the woman by
opening its mouth and swallowing the river that the dragon had spewed out of
his mouth.
Revelation 12:15-16 (NIV)
The struggle; the
enmity between the offspring of the woman and the offspring of serpent, will
continue and eventually, we are also heading back to Eden!
What is the testimony
of Jesus?
At this I fell
at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "Do not do it!
I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the
testimony
of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of
prophecy."
Revelation 19:10 (NIV)
“Worship God!” – This
is the sign and the work of Jesus, but he never said it, because he made people
worship him instead of God!
Read in…
Then the angel
said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper
of the Lamb!' " And he added, "These are the true words of God."
Revelation 19:9 (NIV)
Jesus was supposed to
bring all of these, and to give testimony to it as he had said in...
"I, Jesus,
have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches.
I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star."
Revelation 22:16 (NIV)
He is no longer the
man to fulfill the prophecies, but an “angel” will explain all of the prophecies
of God.
Let us read in…
Hear us, O
Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph like a flock;
you who sit enthroned between the cherubim, shine forth
Psalm 80:1 (NIV)
“Joseph” - the
Israelites, and “Judah” - the Jewish people and will be lead by the "shepherd,"
the man who has the authority to lead them back to God and have salvation.
Return to us,
O God Almighty!
Look down from heaven and see!
Watch over this vine,
the root your right hand has planted,
the son you have raised up for yourself.
Your vine is cut down, it is burned with fire;
at your rebuke your people perish.
Let your hand rest on the man at your right hand,
the son of man you have raised up for yourself.
Then we will not turn away from you;
revive us, and we will call on your name.
Psalm 80:14-18 (NIV)
“Vine” – is
symbolizes the clan or house of Joseph.
“the son” – this is
the “anointed” that is different from Solomon and Jesus, that has come from the
vine, that was cut before.
“Let your hand rest
on the man at your right hand” – this was David before in Psalm 110:1 – this is
the way God treats His anointed ones, even to His last prophet.
Maestro Evangelista
will reveal to us the mystery in the Garden of Eden: Who is guarding the way to
the Garden of Eden?
And the LORD
God said, "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He
must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of
life and eat, and live forever."
Genesis 3:22 (NIV)
“knowing good and
evil” – when Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit they became like gods, they
knew that they have committed a sin.
“take also from the
tree of life and eat” – it was unacceptable that they should remain in the
garden and should be banished because they did not obey God who has given the
decree.
So the LORD
God banished him from the Garden of Eden
to work the ground from which he had been taken.
Genesis 3:23(NIV)
Because of their
disobedience they were cast out of the Garden…
After he drove
the man out, he placed on the east side of the
Garden of Eden a cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back
and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.
Genesis 3:24 (NIV)
The Garden is still
there, an angel or a “cherubim” was placed to guard the way. Maestro Eraño M.
Evangelista says, the garden was not taken away it was only hidden from us –
from our understanding!
Who is the “cherubim”
or shepherd? Did Jesus know about him?
I have other
sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also.
They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one
shepherd.
John 10:16 (NIV)
This is the
“Shepherd” that is mentioned in Psalm 80:1. From which country will the
“Shepherd” come from?
"other sheep that are
not of this sheep pen" - who are they?
They will come
with weeping;
they will pray as I bring them back.
I will lead them beside streams of water
on a level path where they will not stumble,
because I am Israel's father,
and Ephraim is my firstborn son.
Jeremiah 31:9 (NIV)
We will no longer
fail in obeying God.
Why “Ephraim?" A
Gentile nation? Where will the people come from?
"Hear the word
of the LORD, O nations;
proclaim it in distant coastlands:
'He who scattered Israel will gather them
and will watch over his flock like a shepherd.'
Jeremiah 31:10 (NIV)
“in distant
coastlands” – we will know later if the “Shepherd” will come from the islands.
For the LORD
will ransom Jacob
and redeem them from the hand of those stronger than they.
Jeremiah 31:11 (NIV)
“those stronger than
they” – this is the country that is the least among the nations.
They will come
and shout for joy on the heights of Zion;
they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD -
the grain, the new wine and the oil,
the young of the flocks and herds.
They will be like a well-watered garden,
and they will sorrow no more.
Jeremiah 31:12 (NIV)
“and they will sorrow
no more” – because God will give the blessings to these people.
All of the children
of Joseph will be considered by God to be His children also.
What will happen to
Ephraim?
The word of
the LORD came to me: "Son of man, take a stick of wood and write on it,
'Belonging to Judah and the Israelites associated with him.' Then take
another stick of wood, and write on it, 'Ephraim's stick, belonging to
Joseph and all the house of Israel associated with him.' Join them together
into one stick so that they will become one in your hand. "When your
countrymen ask you, 'Won't you tell us what you mean by this?' say to them,
'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am going to take the stick of
Joseph - which is in Ephraim's hand - and of the Israelite tribes associated
with him, and join it to Judah's stick, making them a single stick of wood,
and they will become one in my hand.'
Ezekiel 37:15-19 (NIV)
The two peoples (the
Jews and the Gentiles) will be merged to be the new people of God.
“Ephraim” – these are
the Gentiles that will be merged with the new house of Israel.
Let us return to the
“cherubim” in the garden.
After he drove
the man out, he placed on the east side of the
Garden of Eden a cherubim and a flaming sword flashing
back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.
Genesis 3:24 (NIV)
God has placed a
“Cherubim” with a “flaming sword flashing back and forth.” Who is the
“Cherubim?" Who is guarding the way to the Garden of Eden, having a “flaming
sword flashing back and forth”?
Are there other
“cherubim”?
Then he showed
me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD,
and Satan standing at his right side to accuse him.
Zechariah 3:1 (NIV)
There is only one
"angel" or prophet sent forth by God.
“Joshua the high
priest” – this is the “anointed” of God – the "son” that has the
"iron scepter"
and also the "cherubim" that is guarding the way to the Garden of Eden.
The LORD said
to Satan, "The LORD rebukes you, Satan!
The LORD, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebukes you!
Is not this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?"
Zechariah 3:2 (NIV)
“a burning stick
snatched from the fire” – this is the child that was taken in Revelation 12:5 –
“She gave birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an
iron scepter. And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne.”
Now Joshua was
dressed in filthy clothes as he stood
before the angel. The angel said to those who were standing
before him, "Take off his filthy clothes." Then he said to Joshua,
"See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put rich garments on you."
Zechariah 3:3-4 (NIV)
"dressed in filthy
clothes" - that this man, the "anointed" of God is an ordinary person
like everyone of us. What
makes him special is the way he was chosen as it was prophesied long ago.
"Take off his filthy
clothes" - His sins were taken away from him by God.
Then I said,
"Put a clean turban on his head." So they put a clean turban
on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the LORD stood by.
Zechariah 3:5 (NIV)
He was given
“a clean
turban” – meaning he has been anointed by God.
The angel of
the LORD gave this charge to Joshua: "This is what the
LORD Almighty says: 'If you will walk in my ways and keep my requirements,
then you will govern my house and have charge of my courts, and I will give
you a place among these standing here.
Zechariah 3:6-7 (NIV)
As he was anointed,
he was given also a condition; God always gives a condition (Blessing and Curse)
to His prophets.
“'If you will walk in
my ways and keep my requirements” - this is the condition, to obey God and His
commandments and decrees.
"govern my house" -
he will establish the new people of God.
“have charge of my
courts” – the “new” Eden
“a place among these
standing here” – these are the angels, prophets and men of God that has been
called from the beginning. This is one of the honors that will be given to the
"anointed" once he completes the fulfillment of the prophecies.
Will the
"anointed" be
alone in his task?
" 'Listen, O
high priest Joshua and your associates seated before you, who are
men symbolic of things to come: I am going to bring my servant, the Branch.
Zechariah 3:8 (NIV)
“your associates
seated before you” – God will give the "anointed" other people who will help him in
his task. What will be their primary task?
…I am going to
bring my servant, the Branch.
Zechariah 3:8 (NIV)
His associates will
give witness to him, being “the Branch,” as God’s anointed.
See, the stone
I have set in front of Joshua! There are seven eyes on that one stone, and I
will engrave an inscription on it,' says the LORD Almighty, 'and I will
remove the sin of this land in a single day. " 'In that day each of you will
invite his neighbor to sit under his vine and fig tree,' declares the LORD
Almighty."
Zechariah 3:9-10 (NIV)
Who is the
"Branch"
that will be given witness to; who is also to be called the "cherubim" guarding
the way to the Garden of Eden?
What are the
"seven
eyes" that are given to him?
Then I saw a
Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne,
encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. He had seven horns
and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the
earth.
Revelation 5:6 (NIV)
“a Lamb, looking as
if it had been slain” – this is not Jesus, for he has been dead for a long time;
this is Maestro Eraño M. Evangelista - the anointed and the cherubim, the man who
will finally fulfill the prophecies of God.
“horns” – symbol of
power and authority.
“seven” – it has no
end.
“eyes” – meaning
spirits, that is the Word of God.
Let us return to…
Then he showed
me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel
of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right side to accuse him.
Zechariah 3:1 (NIV)
This is the final
confrontation in the prophecy of the struggle of good over evil as given in
Genesis 3:14-15.
The LORD said
to Satan, "The LORD rebukes you, Satan! The LORD, who has chosen Jerusalem,
rebukes you! Is not this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?"
Zechariah 3:2 (NIV)
“snatched from the
fire” – this is the male child that was taken in Revelation 12:5 – “She gave
birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.
And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne.”
Now Joshua was
dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the angel.
The angel said to those who were standing before him, "Take off his filthy
clothes."
Then he said to Joshua, "See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put
rich garments on you." Then I said, "Put a clean turban on his head." So
they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the
LORD stood by.
Zechariah 3:3-5 (NIV)
The
Branch
Who is the Branch?
A shoot will
come up from the stump of Jesse;
from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
Isaiah 11:1 (NIV)
“Jesse” - the father
of David
“root” – Jesus, as he
has said in Revelation 22:16.
What will the
"Branch" bring?
The Spirit of
the LORD will rest on him - the Spirit of wisdom and
of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of
knowledge
and of the fear of the LORD - and he will delight in the fear of the LORD.
He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears
with his ears; but with righteousness he will judge the needy,
with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth.
He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth;
with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
Isaiah 11:2-4 (NIV)
That is why Maestro
Eraño M. Evangelista has been delivering his revelations as it is written in the
Holy Bible, the "Word of God."
What will be his
"rod"? The Iron Scepter – The Word of God.
Righteousness
will be his belt and faithfulness the sash around his waist.
The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat,
the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will
lead them.
Isaiah 11:5-6 (NIV)
The
"branch" will
bring peace.
“little child” – the
last prophet.
The cow will
feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the
lion will eat straw like the ox. The infant will play near the hole of the
cobra,
and the young child put his hand into the viper's nest. They will neither
harm nor
destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge
of the LORD
as the waters cover the sea. In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a
banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his place of rest
will be glorious. In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time
to reclaim the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Lower
Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam,
from Babylonia, from Hamath...
Isaiah 11:7-11 (NIV)
And up to where?
…and from the
islands of the sea.
Isaiah 11:11 (NIV)
This is the second
time God will stretch out His Hand as He did before in Moses’ time.
He will raise
a banner for the nations and gather the
exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people
of Judah from the four quarters of the earth.
Isaiah 11:12 (NIV)
In Moses’ time, his
people went out of Egypt by way of crossing the Red Sea. Now people from all
over the world will come into the islands by also crossing the seas.
What is the
“rod of
his mouth"? Which country will he come from?
The
Islands in the Sea
Listen to me,
you islands; hear this, you distant nations:
Before I was born the LORD called me;
from my birth he has made mention of my name.
Isaiah 49:1 (NIV)
To whom will the
prophet speak to? The people in the “distant nations” in the “islands.”
"Before I was born
the LORD called me..." - as he was prophesied before...
He made my
mouth like a sharpened sword,
in the shadow of his hand he hid me;
he made me into a polished arrow
and concealed me in his quiver.
Isaiah 49:2 (NIV)
This is the prophet;
he was a reserve - Solomon, Jesus and now Maestro Eraño M. Evangelista. If the
other anointed of God have fulfilled their missions, there would be no need for
him.
But what did God say
to him?
He said to me,
"You are my servant,
Israel, in whom I will display my splendor."
But I said, "I have labored to no purpose;
I have spent my strength in vain and for nothing.
Yet what is due me is in the LORD's hand,
and my reward is with my God."
Isaiah 49:3-4 (NIV)
That is why ever
since Maestro Evangelista started his task from God, he had never asked anyone
for anything in return. God will provide all that he would need.
And now the
LORD says -
he who formed me in the womb to be his servant
to bring Jacob back to him
and gather Israel to himself,
for I am honored in the eyes of the LORD
and my God has been my strength -
Isaiah 49:5 (NIV)
Since he was chosen,
God says:
"It is too
small a thing for you to be my servant
to restore the tribes of Jacob
and bring back those of Israel I have kept.
I will also make you a light for the Gentiles,
that you may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth."
Isaiah 49:6 (NIV)
"It is too small a
thing" - The prophet’s work is not that hard to do, because he would only repeat
and deliver God's message to the people of the world, whether they will believe
him or not.
“a light for the
Gentiles” - He will be the one to give hope for all men; lead them to God, by
proclaiming God's Name; and for the people of the world to call on God’s Name.
This is what
the LORD says - the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel -
to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation,
to the servant of rulers: "Kings will see you and rise up,
princes will see and bow down, because of the LORD, who is faithful,
the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you."
Isaiah 49:7 (NIV)
In time, he will be
acknowledged by all, when?
This is what
the LORD says:
"In the time of my favor I will answer you,
and in the day of salvation I will help you;
I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people,
to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances,
Isaiah 49:8 (NIV)
There is a time set
for the fulfillment of the prophecies. All that Maestro Eraño M. Evangelista can do
is to wait until God asks him to do…
to say to the
captives, 'Come out,'
and to those in darkness, 'Be free!'
"They will feed beside the roads
and find pasture on every barren hill.
Isaiah 49:9 (NIV)
"captives" - because
we were bound by the religions.
"in darkness" - as we
have been also deceived by them.
This will be a time
of prosperity as people are freed from the religions.
They will
neither hunger nor thirst,
nor will the desert heat or the sun beat upon them.
He who has compassion on them will guide them
and lead them beside springs of water.
Isaiah 49:10 (NIV)
These are the
blessing to be given to the remnants (those who will heed the Message and
acknowledge God).
I will turn
all my mountains into roads,
and my highways will be raised up.
See, they will come from afar -
some from the north, some from the west,
some from the region of Aswan."
Isaiah 49:11-12 (NIV)
They will all come
from the four corners of the world; they will come and see the last prophet and
hear his revelations.
Shout for joy,
O heavens; rejoice, O earth;
burst into song, O mountains!
For the LORD comforts his people
and will have compassion on his afflicted ones.
But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me,
the Lord has forgotten me."
"Can a mother forget the baby at her breast
and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
Though she may forget, I will not forget you!
Isaiah 49:13-15 (NIV)
The prophecies of God
will happen.
See, I have
engraved you on the palms of my hands;
your walls are ever before me. Your sons hasten back,
and those who laid you waste depart from you.
Isaiah 49:16-17 (NIV)
When this happens, it
will be known that the time is near for the fulfillment of the prophecies.
Lift up your
eyes and look around;
all your sons gather and come to you.
As surely as I live," declares the LORD,
"you will wear them all as ornaments;
you will put them on, like a bride.
"Though you were ruined and made desolate
and your land laid waste,
now you will be too small for your people,
and those who devoured you will be far away.
Isaiah 49:18-19 (NIV)
They will be God’s
people.
The children
born during your bereavement
will yet say in your hearing, 'This place is too small for us;
give us more space to live in.' Then you will say in your heart,
'Who bore me these? I was bereaved and barren;
I was exiled and rejected. Who brought these up?
I was left all alone, but these - where have they come from?' "
This is what the Sovereign LORD says:
"See, I will beckon to the Gentiles, I will lift up my banner to the
peoples;
they will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their
shoulders.
Isaiah 49:20-22 (NIV)
This is the time as
said in Jeremiah 31:21-22 that men and women will be of equal standing before
God.
Kings will be
your foster fathers,
and their queens your nursing mothers.
They will bow down before you with their faces to the ground;
they will lick the dust at your feet.
Then you will know that I am the LORD;
those who hope in me will not be disappointed."
Isaiah 49:23 (NIV)
This is the time all
the leaders of countries of the world will acknowledge the last prophet and they
will respect him and listen to him.
Can plunder be
taken from warriors,
or captives rescued from the fierce?
But this is what the LORD says:
"Yes, captives will be taken from warriors,
and plunder retrieved from the fierce;
I will contend with those who contend with you,
and your children I will save.
I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh;
they will be drunk on their own blood, as with wine.
Then all mankind will know
that I, the LORD, am your Savior,
your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob."
Isaiah 49:24-26 (NIV)
This is the promise
or the prophecy, that all men may finally know God. If we will not change and
acknowledge God, we will not be able to enter or return to Eden; we will be
forever cursed!
Where will the Name
of God come from?
See, the Name
of the LORD comes from afar,
with burning anger and dense clouds of smoke;
his lips are full of wrath,
and his tongue is a consuming fire.
Isaiah 30:27 (NIV)
The Name will come
from “afar”… no longer from the land of His former people. Who bears the Name
from “afar?”
"As for the
foreigner who does not belong to your people
Israel but has come from a distant land because of your name-
1 Kings 8:41 (NIV)
He will be a
"Foreigner" – a Gentile.
for men will
hear of your great name and your mighty hand and
your outstretched arm -when he comes and prays toward this temple,
1 Kings 8:42 (NIV)
Was the
"Foreigner" given full authority by God?
then hear from
heaven, your dwelling place, and do whatever the foreigner asks of you, so
that all the peoples of the earth may know your name and fear you, as do
your own people Israel, and may know that this house I have built bears your
Name.
1 Kings 8:43 (NIV)
From which place will
the foreigner come from? Which "distant land"?
“Be silent
before me, you islands!
Let the nations renew their strength!
Let them come forward and speak;
let us meet together at the place of judgment.
Isaiah 41:1 (NIV)
Where from the
islands?
"Who has
stirred up one from the east,
calling him in righteousness to his service?
He hands nations over to him
and subdues kings before him.
He turns them to dust with his sword,
to windblown chaff with his bow.
Isaiah 41:2 (NIV)
The last prophet will
come from the east, in the islands of the sea - the Philippines, and he brings
righteousness.
"He hands nations
over to him" – this will be his work, to teach the people of the world the true
teaching about God and His Commandments.
He pursues
them and moves on unscathed,
by a path his feet have not traveled before.
Who has done this and carried it through,
calling forth the generations from the beginning?
I, the LORD - with the first of them and with the last - I am He."
Isaiah 41:3-4 (NIV)
God has always been
with His prophets, those who have been obedient and faithful to His commands.
The islands
have seen it and fear;
the ends of the earth tremble.
They approach and come forward;
Isaiah 41:5 (NIV)
This is the time of
the prophet’s (Maestro Eraño M. Evangelista) advent and prominence.
each helps the
other
and says to his brother, "Be strong!"
The craftsman encourages the
goldsmith, and he who smoothes with the hammer
spurs on him who strikes the anvil.
He says of the welding, "It is good."
He nails down the idol so it will not topple.
Isaiah 41:6-7 (NIV)
God will say His
Message:
"But you, O
Israel, my servant,
Jacob, whom I have chosen,
you descendants of Abraham my friend,
Isaiah 41:8 (NIV)
Jacob was chosen by
God to be called "Israel".
I took you
from the ends of the earth,
from its farthest corners I called you.
I said, 'You are my servant';
I have chosen you and have not rejected you.
Isaiah 41:9 (NIV)
God gave visions to
Maestro Evangelista:
So do not
fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
What does Maestro
Evangelista bring for mankind? Righteousness that is “wisdom and understanding”.
He will show us how we can be righteous in the eyes of God and of men.
"All who rage
against you
will surely be ashamed and disgraced;
those who oppose you
will be as nothing and perish.
Isaiah 41:11 (NIV)
Show no pity. All
those who humiliate us will be disgraced, for they will be found liars
concerning the true teachings of God.
Though you
search for your enemies,
you will not find them.
Those who wage war against you
will be as nothing at all.
For I am the LORD, your God,
who takes hold of your right hand
and says to you, do not fear;
I will help you.
Isaiah 41:12-13 (NIV)
No one can stand
against the true teaching of God. The whole world had been deceived, and with
the number and size of the religions at present, how is the anointed compared to
them all?
Do not be
afraid, O worm Jacob, O little Israel,
for I myself will help you," declares the LORD,
your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.
Isaiah 41:14 (NIV)
There are two Jacobs,
the "first Jacob" who was called "Israel", and now Maestro Evangelista is called
"the worm Jacob", because as he is sent forth to reveal the truth about God, His
Commandments and His prophesies to the people of the world in our time.
"See, I will
make you into a threshing sledge,
new and sharp, with many teeth.
You will thresh the mountains and crush them,
and reduce the hills to chaff.
You will winnow them, the wind will pick them up,
and a gale will blow them away.
But you will rejoice in the LORD
and glory in the Holy One of Israel.
Isaiah 41:15-16 (NIV)
God will make all
that He promised come to pass. The fulfillment of the prophecies is near.
Repent and return to God!
